TICKET REFUNDS POLICY
Lake and Air Events Ltd Organisers of the Fermanagh Seaplane Festival 2011 are not obliged to refund any monies for purchased tickets. However, in some exceptional cases, refund applications are considered on individual basis; customers should send their tickets with a covering letter stating their full name, address and reason for their refund claim to:

All claims for refund are subject to £2.00 administration charge per application. Claims must be received no later than Monday 12th September 2011. Claims will be considered after the Festival and will be responded to in writing.
We regret that refunds for sponsorship related tickets cannot be granted, and that competition tickets have no monetary value beyond £0.01p
